REQUIREMENTS

A candidate for the Franciscan way of life is:

1. Between 21 and 35 years of age. (Candidates outside the age range will be considered on a case by case basis.)

2. A citizen of Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei. (Permanent Residents will be considered on a case by case basis.)

3. In good physical and mental health.

4. Open to learning about and living a Franciscan religious life in the 21st Century.

5. Committed to living the vows of obedience, chastity, and having nothing of your own.

6. Prayerful with a desire to mature in your spiritual life.

7. Seeking to live and serve in fraternal communities.
