In 1223, when Francis created the live enactment of the Nativity in Greccio, he created an immersive encounter to witness how Christ became man and lived amongst us. Francis made a tangible tradition that allows us to foster our relationship with the infant Christ, inviting him and his family to join ours during Christmas season.
