We exist together with the other creations of God. Hand in hand, we must learn to love them in abundance! We are merely a part of this beautiful whole that God has made and like Francis, find moments where we can come into loving communion with the world around us.

St Francis with the contemplative eye that sees as God sees, thus able to love as God loves.  The eye that recognises all things are deeply interconnected and thus each belonging to another in Christ, who holds all things in being (Col 1:17).
