ABOUT THE SHRINE
Welcome to the Virtual Shrine to St Anthony of Padua.
Those familiar with the Franciscan Friars in Singapore will know of our Tuesday Devotion to St Anthony, who is the patron saint of our Franciscan Custody. Over the years, many have joined us faithfully week after week to ask for St Anthony’s intercession especially in finding things that have been lost.
But, as we have seen, this great patron saint of lost things can help us in many other ways. He helps us to recover our faith in God and in each other, to find our way home when we are lost, and to trust in the mighty providence of God.
It has been wonderful to witness the profound power of the Devotion to St Anthony. Through this Virtual Shrine, we hope that more will come to know the power of asking St Anthony’s help in their lives.
